Apex Realty Services, Inc. provides the full range of real estate services to clients and customers in the Jackson County and Banks County areas of north Georgia.  Residential, industrial, and commercial real estate brokerage, Buyer Agency and Seller Agency are all part of the services available through Apex.

Beverly Guthrie, owner and broker of Apex Realty Services, Inc., earned her B.S. degree as well as an M.B.A. degree from the University of Georgia, with concentrations in Real Estate and Marketing.  She also holds the real estate designations Graduate, Realtor Institute and Seniors Real Estate Specialist.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the I-85 North Board of Realtors, and is on the Board of Directors of the Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce.

Beverly and her husband, Peter, moved to Jackson County in 1985 and began development and sales of residential subdivisions through Guthrie Properties, Inc., their development company.  Apex Realty Services, Inc. was formed in 1995 to better serve the needs of their customers and the growing real estate market of the greater Jackson County area.
